While Marco was employed with CCSI, I was quite impressed with his drive,
determination and tenaciousness. He works well as a part of a team and is highly
respected by colleagues, customers and management.
He prioritizes and addresses problems from a variety of business view-points while
effectively recommending alternative course of action when needed. With his ability to
create an environment of value and subsequent loyalty through activities such as
customer training sessions, newsletters and emails are a real asset to any company.
Marco proactively self initiates learning new systems, certifications, technology and
applications to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency.
He balanced the simultaneous demands of managing several accounts/projects and
uses territory knowledge and contacts to maximize his efforts for bringing on board new
logos.
We were all saddened to see him leave but wish him the greatest success with his new
