A careerbasedon 25years intheITindustry.The past 9 years havebeen spentin customer service, providing technicalsupport ina
diverseworking environment. My roleis basedaround delivering exceptional levels ofcustomerfocus and technicaldevelopmentas part
of a Global IT Corporation insupport ofa complex UKGovernment client.
I place significant focus on taking ownershipofissues andexceeding client expectations. I havewell-developed communicationskills which
I have honedover nineyears working in a customer focusedenvironment and areequally strong face-to-face,over thetelephoneand
writing. I amcapableofcommunicating in allsituations and withmembers ofstaffat any level ofthecompany. I learn from my own
experience andresearch. This has always servedme well whentaking on new challenges and inpicking up new skills,processes, systems
and softwareapplications. I havedeveloped by challenging myselfnot onlyin my currentrole but by undertaking additional training such
as an ITQApprenticeship Level 3. I willalso continue tochallengemyselfby undertaking certificationfor various accessibilityproducts.
Technical: I haveworkedin the ITindustry for 25and over this timeI havehoned my skills.I take onnewtools and s oftware quickly.In my
current role I havebeenfortunateenoughto haveexposureto applications andsoftwaresuch as Citrix, AppSense, Digital WorkforceNext
Generation (DWNG), DHCP, ActiveDirectory andDesktop Director.In additionto this I also have extensiveknowledge ofaccessibility
solutions softwaresuchas JAWS,SuperNova and ZoomText.
Analysis& Innovation: I haveundertaken data analysis and trending tasks as partofmy current role. Taking partin trending and analysis
has allowedme tofocus on developing possible solutions. It has also givenme toconfidenceto developmy skills further sothat I can
expand my knowledgeintonew areas thatrequireinnovationand development.
Growth/Development–It is vitally importantas a member ofany company to focus not just on the current task butalso on moving
