knowledge and experience in business process, management and communication. She carries herself with the
utmost professionalism. One of Patricia’s greatest strengths is her ability to listen, understand, and provide
insight and contribution either in finding a solution or helping to establish a road map to achieve company

could not have asked a better-rounded professional than Patricia. Her insight and suggestions were
instrumental in evaluating the current environments, setting goals and creating company forecasts. Patricia
begin with EyeFormatics with little knowledge of the EMR/PM market or the software platform. She
demonstrated a short learning curve in understanding our software capabilities and limitations, recognizing
our company’s challenges, and grasping the federal government requirements pertaining to EMR/PM market.
She displayed a very high professional IQ from the start, instantly adding a valuable element of advisement
assisting in EyeFormatics structure, growth and profitably. Patricia was able to draw from her experience and
education to immediately address our client needs and concerns. Most impressively was her ability to identify
deficiencies and present viable solutions in short order. Patricia had a great ability be given a project and see it
through on time while exceeding expectations. During the 18 + months we worked together, as her supervisor
and teammate, Tricia was a rock when it came to integrity and dependability. She has an uncanny ability to
meet deadlines and produce top quality results while always keeping a winning attitude and a positive outlook
especially under periods of erratic and ever changing industry environments.

Weaknesses?
Patricia had an occasional tendency to take on too much. She never failed to complete project on time but
sometimes her dedication and determination would get slightly ahead of her. This lead to her voluntarily
taking work home overnight and working though weekends at times. Patricia is extremely dependable as well
as a perfectionist. These traits infrequently make her vulnerable to overworking. Her quality of work never
faltered but fatigue set in on occasion. She can at times be long winded, but the information she produces is
well advised and her understanding is comprehensive.
There is truly little weakness to Patricia’s capabilities, her qualifications are well validated.
