I have worked in the field of recruitment, talent
development and coaching for well over 10 years.
I set up York Walker Coaching in 2013 with the aim of
supporting individuals to be the very best version of
themselves in all areas of their lives.
My coaching takes a holistic approach, looking at all
areas of your life and how issues and beliefs are
impacting you.
At times coaching can feel direct and very challenging
and we will identify when you are standing in the way
of your own success by not being honest with yourself.
I will push and challenge you to reach your full
potential and achieve your goals.
I will act as a cheerleader and a motivator and our
sessions will be solutions focused with the aim of
navigating obstacles and overcoming setbacks to
ensure you get to where you need to be.
