for the Lesson

four (4) and ask the
students to do

group races to stand
behind the chair
with the word that
they think

lifestyle. Only one
group can occupy a
chair. Groups could
switch places until

choice: is it about
nutrition/food, or
physical
activity/exercise.
Let them explain the
connection between
“weight” and
“lifestyle” using the
different words and
pictures they have
