biocidas:
LA EFECTIVIDAD, TOXICIDAD Y FUNCIONALIDADDEPENDE POR LO GENERAL DE:
• TAMAÑO (DE TOXICIDAD ELEVADA < 10 nm a MEDIA < 50 nm) A BAJA < 100 nm).
• GEOMETRÍA (ÁNGULOS AGUDOS GUARDAN MAS CARGA ELECTRÓNICA - POLARIDAD)
• ACOPLAMIENTO (ENLACES QUÍMICOS SECUNDARIOS);
a) DOPAJE POR IONES TIENDE A GENERAR MAYOR STRESS OXIDATIVO
b) RECUBRIMIENTO CON SALES QUELANTES, ÁCIDOS, O PERÓXIDOS PUEDE TAMBIÉN DERIVAR EN MAYOR RIESGO
DE STRESS OXIDATIVO.
c) MAGNETISMO POR COMPOSICIÓN (MEZCLA DE NANOPARTÍCULAS, MINERALES, ADITIVOS, ETC.).
• MEDIO AMBIENTE (SUPERFICIES, TIPO DE MATERIAL, PROPIEDADES FISICOQUÍMICAS, ETC.)
a) pH, LAS NANOPARTÍCULASDE Cu+ SON MAS EFECTIVAS A Ph ÁCIDOS.
b) UVA-UVB, ZnO Y TiO2 A MENSO DE 50 nm TIENEN PROPIEDADES SPF 50 +, RESPECTIVAMENTE.
c) H2O, LAS NANOPARTÍCULAS DE HIERRO SON SENSIBLES A LAS CARGAS POSITIVAS DEL AGUA DURA CON Ph .
d) MATERIA ORGÁNICA, LAS PARTÍCULAS DE PLATA SON LAS MAS POTENTES (<10 nm) EN PRESENCIA DE

• OTRAS COMBINACIONES …

CORONAVIRUSES, MEDIANTE SUS TERMINACIONES C- Y N- DE
SUS DOMINIOS DE HELICASAS, HAN DEMOSTRADO QUE SON
EFECTIVOS REGULADORES DE SU ACTIVIDAD ENZIMÁTICA,
PROPICIANDO LA INHIBICIÓN DE LA REPLICACIÓN DE ESTE
TIPO DE VIRUS.
Zinc plays a significant part in the protein phosphorylation process, through the
cysteine ending thiol groups and their active enzymatic sites [13]. Some studies
suggest that Zn2+ ions can regulate the enzymatic activity of coronavirus,
specifically with several nsp interactions by complexation [1,6]. For some
polyomaviruses, the inhibition mechanism for their protein phosphorylation
process can be attributed to the transcription of AP-1 during the host
homeostasis. Furthermore, it has been shown that Zinc ions can inhibit the
eccision of proteins during the enzymatic process, boosted by the addition of zinc
pyrithione at 2 micromolar, especially for rhinovirus, coxsackievirus and
mengovirus [7-12].

• OTRAS COMBINACIONES … NANOMATERIALES COMÚNMENTE USADOS COMO BACTERIOSTÁTICOS BIOCIDAS

ESTUDIOS SOBRE LA INTERACCIÓN INHERENTE A LOS IONES DE ZN2+ SOBRE LA FUNCIONALIDAD EN LA REPLICACIÓN Y TRANSCRIPCIÓN DE LA NANO PROTEÍNA NSP EN CORONAVIRUSES, MEDIANTE SUS TERMINACIONES C- Y N- DE SUS DOMINIOS DE HELICASAS, HAN DEMOSTRADO QUE SON EFECTIVOS REGULADORES DE SU ACTIVIDAD ENZIMÁTICA, PROPICIANDO LA INHIBICIÓN DE LA REPLICACIÓN DE ESTE TIPO DE VIRUS. Zinc plays a significant part in the protein phosphorylation process, through the cysteine ending thiol groups and their active enzymatic sites [13]. Some studies suggest that Zn2+ ions can regulate the enzymatic activity of coronavirus, specifically with several nsp interactions by complexation [1,6]. For some polyomaviruses, the inhibition mechanism for their protein phosphorylation process can be attributed to the transcription of AP-1 during the host homeostasis. Furthermore, it has been shown that Zinc ions can inhibit the eccision of proteins during the enzymatic process, boosted by the addition of zinc pyrithione at 2 micromolar, especially for rhinovirus, coxsackievirus and mengovirus [7-12].
