Hello, this is your quiz-friend Partha Gupta. Over the years I have conducted
so many quiz contests and got your illustrious presence and appreciation. In
this grim situation of Lockdown due to Covid- 19, I have started an online quiz
series in my Facebook page titled ‘Theme Quiz Journey’ which has been going
on since 10th May, ‘20 the birthday of ‘Father of Indian Quiz’- Neil O’Brien.
So, I am going to place a Special Theme Quiz (10 qsn.) in my FB link:

centralized answer. For each correct answer of the regular question you will get 5 points each. If
you crack the theme, will be rewarded with the same bonus points i.e; 50 points. Make sure about
the 100% correctness of the theme answer otherwise, your score sheet will be nullified! Read
through the questions first and try to answer them and finally check out the explanations of the
theme.

any other college and the wealthiest in UK. The first time that the
rules of association football were written down was at ‘X’ in 1848.

After ‘X’s separation with her husband over religious issues, she
became a famous writer and a speaker for the National Secular
Society (NSS). She was the leading speaker for the Fabian Society as
well as the Marxist Social Democratic Federation (SDF). She was
actively involved in the London match girls strike in 1888. She set up a
committee seeking better pay and conditions for the women. She came
to India in 1898 with her theosophy work. In 1902, she helped
establish the Central Hindu College. After a few years, she was able to
establish various lodges in several parts of the British Empire. She was
declared a World Teacher after her lecture on Theosophy in 1926.

‘X’ was born on August 18, 1900, in Allahabad and later became one of the world’s
leading women in the 20th century. In 1921, after receiving a private education in
India and abroad, she got married to Ranjit Sitaram Pandit and changed her
name. She was arrested and imprisoned thrice by the British in the years 1932-
1933, 1940 and 1942-1943 in connection with civil disobedience movements. In
1953, she became the first woman to be elected president of the UN General
Assembly and she headed the eighth session. In the late 1960s, though she left
politics due to personal reasons, her commitment brought her back in 1970s by
protesting against the Emergency rule (1975) imposed by Indira Gandhi. Her own
writings include -- 'So I Became a Minister' (1939) and 'Prison Days' (1946).

when the Revolution of 1857 took place, he left Delhi and moved to Agra
where ‘X’ was born in 1861. When ‘X’s father was died prior to his birth,

taken care of him as his own heir, financing his education by sending him
