time I’m working as an officer withClosed Custody, Max SecurityInmates ofthe 4th Ave jail. Job details but are not limitedto,
overseeingthe dailysecurity, safety, andstructure of the prisonhouse while maintaining definedlegal rulesandregulations for
the inmates. Dailyrulesandregulations are challengeddailybythe prisoners that present a chance to have strong
communications skills, great listening skills, determination, anda strongdrive.
BNSF Railway –USAMarch 2006 – June 2016
ProductionEngineer RoadManager for BNSF for 10+ years managing a teamof 100 + employeeswhoprovide labor to the
infrastructure of railroadlines withBNSF. Responsible for maintaining physically the infrastructure of the railroad operations
for supplyand demand ofthe UnitedStates, agriculture, dairyproducts, foreigndomesticatedgoods, coaland oil, andcargo
etc. While inthis position I had to execute under federal railroad guidelines, OSHA, HIPPA, andcompanyrules. I directed a fleet
of Super HeavyDutymachines for dailywork goals, ina timelymanner, working under stressful conditions withweather,
communitytraffic andcitizens, inanassembly line formation. I hadto maintainthe budget, direct communicationwithHead
Quarters, perform operations testing, dailymeetings, andetc. routinesfor a successful manager.
As an Assistant Road Master I personallymonitored the divisions budget, safetyrecord, overtime spending, ordered all the
materials, paidfor bills, directed the divisions dailybriefingmeetings, scriptedspreadsheets for meetings advancements and
subtractions. Workedalone withHR onthe hiring panel for newemployees, didinspections oninjuries, derailments, accidents,
and ranthe drug/test screeningfor employee withissues.
Swift Transportation - October 2014 – January 2015
Primaryessential functions are to identifyand implement opportunities to enhance service levelsof Swift’s high profile
companies, Walmart, JC Penny’s, Target, Macy’s, etc. Document andreport challenges that occurredduring the shift as
directed to main caseloads, facilitate creative resolutions andproblems ondelivers, exceedcustomer’s expectations ondelivery

staff of 20 and maintained a 450 client membershipto the clubhouse. Dailyoperations included payroll, salary/ bonus
increases, staffing evaluations, hiring committee andHIPPA andOSHAguidelines. Lead and supported the employees intheir
dailycasework observations over the members withadvocacy, housing, school, and work. In mytime I wrote the 5 year
documentationfor funding of a non-profit organization, reorganizedthe socialgroup, assistedwiththe assistedliving facilities,
and planned out routesfor work, home, medicalattention, and social events. I also had a case loadof 15 members that I

calling, billing, payscheduling, direct fundinghandling, andopen communication for results. Did whatever I coulddoto keep
mortgage accounts from foreclosing.

Worked as a corrections officer inthe countyof Scottsblufffor 2 years working upandclose withthe judge, prisoners,
maintaining andmakingsure the facilities were safe, cell checks, finger printing, documentations, checkin, escort of prisoners
from countyto county, defuse disruptive behaviors, control disruptive behavior, head counts, workrelease program, and
recreational supervision etc.
