web-based application. Using this feedback methodology aided to

Taxi Request Application (ShareDrive): Concluding user research, we
discovered the need for emergency buttons for both driver and student
users. Using persuasivecallto action buttons to increaseengagement
and following Nielson Nelsons Heuristics while developing the prototype
to give a near error free design to aid seamless interaction with the
interface.
3. Conducted User Acceptance Testing and expert-based evaluation on the
systems built by assessing thesystem against Nielson Norman’s Usability
Heuristics and other design guidelines.

Evaluation stage of projects with academic team members.
