ride taxi application (ShareDrive).

 Partnered with user interface designers, web developers and user
researchers aliketo create solutions for rising problems with mobile
applications and web-applications.

management information system of a real estate agency having
discovered the loopholes in their existing system after conducting
interviews.
 Completed user research using triangulation methods such as
Questionnaires, Interviews, Focus groups, Observation, and Online
survey to identify opportunities for improving the taxi request market
for students and aid cognitive behaviouraltherapy using an assistive
web-based application. Using this feedback methodology aided to

 Taxi Request Application (ShareDrive): Concluding user research, we
discovered the need for emergency buttons for both driver and student
users. Using persuasivecallto action buttons to increaseengagement
and following Nielson Nelsons Heuristics while developing the prototype
to give a near error free design to aid seamless interaction with the
interface.
