4. GOODS AND SERVICES
GOODS: Goods are products that are bought and sold. Goods can be touched
and felt. Those who produce goods are known as producers or manufacturers.
They make things out of raw materials. For example, cloth is made out of cotton
by textile manufacturers.

SERVICES: Services are jobs rendered by one person or one organisation to
another, for the satisfaction of human needs.
