This document outlines communication and visibility plans for the European Union Water Initiative Plus for Eastern Partnership Countries. It discusses increasing high-level visibility through communication of tangible results to policymakers. It also focuses on strengthening beneficiary ownership through country-specific engagement and participation in outreach events. Campaign on water quality knowledge to connect education on water to local water
issues and water management projects in the pilot basin (spring-autumn 2019)

campaign.
