2. Virtual Reality is a new technology that implies a complete immersion experience and allows user to interact with
environment. User can feel within the environment and interact with 3D World
This application developed underway on virtual reality which called Exploring Insects with VR
The ideas of this project is to students learning by exploring.
The purpose of this application is to develop an application to explore about insects, such food and scientific name and
the information.
3. There are lacks of interactive information about insects in the existing application.
There are few available virtual application, some how they do not focus on food, scientific name and information
about the insects.
current approach in learning about insects are based on textbook.
4. The goal of this application is to apply Virtual Reality in this project. The objectives are as follows:
To design Virtual Reality application about the insects.
To develop VR application in entitle “Exploring Insects with VR”.
To test the functionalities of the proposed application

Virtual reality The major advantage is
that this type of
interactive computer
generated experience
allows for people to
observe phenomena
otherwise impossible or
difficult to witness, such
as forest succession over
long periods of time.
VR is not exclusionary, allowing
persons who are mobility-
limited or who have disabilities
to participate in the experience
