Work Completed over the Past Few Months
• Winter season: good work progress in general on
the East Approach
 End of the earthworks of the east abutment
 More than 75% of the piers segments were installed
(70 out of 90)
 Beginning of the pre-assembly of girders
 Two complaints since January 25
• First partial closure of the 132 highway and the
Blvd. Marie-Victorin

Objective: Construction of East Approach of the new Champlain Bridge
