MAJOR WORK EXPERIENCE
Agency Operations Management
• Planned and organized over-all operations of the travel agency.
• Monitored and analyzed agency’s sales performance and regularly prepared strategic plans to

effective routings.
• Facilitated the confirmation of clients’ bookings with their preferred airlines, seats, meals, etc.
• Prepared accurate airfare computation and issued correct tickets based on airlines and travel
agencies established ticketing procedures.
• Ensured clients’ safe and pleasant voyage by handling their various requirements and facilitating
the best possible service in efficient, timely and professional manner.
Tour Planning and Development
• Gathered and analyzed information on the travel market.
• Developed new tour packages for the company’s target markets.
• Planned tour itineraries and prepared costing of tour packages.
• Maintained regular contact with other tour operators and various foreign and local hotels and
tours suppliers.
Documentation
• Advised clients of correct travel documentation and other requirements, e.g. Passport, Visas,
Immigration, Health, etc.
• Facilitated the processing of passengers’ passports and provided visa assistance to passengers.
Airport Assistance/Customer Relations
• Met and assisted and arriving passengers (VIP) of the company and facilitated and ensured the
prompt check-in of passengers and their baggage at the airport airline counter.
• Handled last-minute reservations of flights, hotel accommodations, car-hires, tours, etc.
