Coordination, facilitation, time management, presentation, project planning and programme
management are the key elements of organizational competencies which I acquired during my
working experience as a project facilitator and monitor at the Department of Housing. The
amount of work required that one manage a minimum of four projects per annum, including
participating in other activities such as representing the department in meetings and providing
support to other departments’ events (education and legal departments). Team work is one
competency that I gained through working experience as a Project Monitor and Senior Project
Facilitator.
