Operations & Material Receiving &Processing Supervisor, Saudi Pan Gulf
Piping Division:
 Preparing the purchase orders.
 Processing the invoices for payments.
 Updating the data base.
 Claiming the insurance for the damage material.
 Preparation of Airway bill / packages for outgoing couriers – Negotiations.
 Entering Airway bill details for incoming couriers.
 Preparation of Sales & Customer Invoices.
 Submission of Invoices to Customers.
 Entering New Jobs and Change Order in Marketing Data Base.
 Reports for Accounting Dept.
 LVQIP (List of Inspection Comments).
 Preparation of production planning reports.
 Preparation of Backlog reports.

 Checking of Customer Purchase Order accordingly to the quotation and advice
Purchaser to procure the materials which are not available in our stock (Local /
Over Seas).
 Updating of daily Purchase & Sales Report of all the Projects.
 Coordinating with Customer in order to fulfill the project requirements.
 Informing the management, the status of material of all projects.

 Coordinating with the Vendors on the material shipment with outside and inside
Kingdom in order to arrange the delivery as per the terms and conditions of
customer Purchase Order
 After procuring material, advise shipping department to prepare Sales Order Form
(SOF).
 Checking SOF according to the Purchase Order, signing & advice to prepare Delivery
Note & Invoices.
 Fax a copy of SOF & Delivery Note to Warehouse Concern person to prepare
material accordingly.
 Submission of Invoices to the Customers.
 Follow-up invoices for receiving payments.
 Coordinating with the Sales Team to prepare weekly, monthly and yearly sales
forecast reports.
 Pakistan Industry:
 One year work experience with United Courier Services as a “Sales
Executive”.
 Two years work experience with Khan Oil Company to promote the oil
products.
 Seven year work experience with Lahore chemical and pharmaceutical
works Lahore as a warehouse in charge.
