3. I placed a jar in Tennessee,
And round it was, upon a hill.
It made the slovenly wilderness
Surround that hill.
The wilderness rose up to it,
And sprawled around, no longer wild.
The jar was round upon the ground
And tall and of a port in air.
It took dominion everywhere.
The jar was gray and bare.
It did not give of bird or bush,
Like nothing else in Tennessee.

4. Meaning of the poetry describes four
things,that is sense ,feeling , tone and
intention.
Tone means the language used by
poet in the poem.
 In this poem we find difficulty in
understanding the tone.

5. The intention speaks about the writers
aim which may be conscious and
unconscious.
When we read this poem we thinks that
the poet may be in unconscious state of
mind, because what he wants to say by
putting the imagery of jar is difficult to
understand.
 The jar which was described in this
poem is not usual jar which we think, It
personifies something.

6. कवि के खयालात है चाय,
नेता के बयानात है चाय
ककसीके दिलोकी आस है चाय,
तो सबकीेे रूहकी प्यास है चाय
खामोश लबों की जुबाां है चाय,
भटकते बेरोजगारो का मुकाम है
चाय
जजन्िगी में कर लो इकठ्ठा अमानत
चाय की,
क्यों की मैिाने महेशर में,
हम सब की जमानत है चाय.
