Main Duties & responsibilities
 Directly report to and maintain the project documents of the Project Manager and
Construction Manager.
 Preparation of submittals for Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Method Statements
and Subcontractor Pre qualification documents for approval by the Consultant/Client.
 Preparation of correspondence/Letters to Consultant/Client, Subcontractors and
Suppliers.
 Create, organize and maintain all project related files, Records, Drawings and
correspondence for easy and fast retrieval access. Hard copy and electronically.
 Updating the logs for identification, recording and tracking of documents like Shop
Drawings, Material Submittals, sub-contractor Pre qualification documents, Inspection
Requests and Site Clarification Requests.
 Preparation of Interim Payment application as per the progress of work.

 Maintaining the Document numbering system for Submittals and correspondence.
 Sending quotation enquires to sub contractor/ suppliers to get the quotations and
preparing the comparison for finalize/approval.
 Preparation of Daily and Monthly Progress Report.
 Deal and screen calls and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls to
appropriate individuals.
(B) Document Controller at Branch office, Abu Dhabi (01/05/2018 onwards)
 Administrator and organize documents for construction projects and other development
plans to ensure its traceability and availability at all times.
 Sending quotation enquires to sub contractors/ suppliers for prizing the new Tenders.
 Prepare the quotation comparison to analyze the prizes by the senior Quantity Surveyor.
 Provides clerical supports in areas, for the preparation of Tender documents/ BOQ.

construction, based in Abu Dhabi since its establishment in1975.
Project: N 4381 B AWTS at Al Ain (Al Ain Water Transmission Scheme)
Working as a Document Controller/Secretary at Al Ain Project Office, since 09-10-2008 to
25-10-2014
Main Duties & responsibilities
 Prepare correspondence to Consultant/Client for ongoing project with ADWEA.
 Create, organize and maintain all project related files, Records, Drawings and
correspondence for easy and fast retrieval access. Hard copy and electronically.
 Hard copy of documents and the drawings in the Document Control office under safe
custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
 Ensure all the Documentation accurately reflects the status of changes and outstanding
issues by posting changes to computerized records as requested and maintain related
files.
 Distributions of Correspondence/Drawings are given to the appropriate staff/Site
Engineer, sub contractors &Suppliers as per Project Manager’s instructions.

Pati - Bel is a joint venture between Malaysian construction giant M/s PATI Sdn Bhd. and
M/S Bhagheeratha Engineering Ltd. one of the leading construction companies in India.
Project handled in national highway -2 laying between Etawah to Sikahandra -72 Km in UP,
India.
Joined as a stores assistant and was promoted to inventory in charge of entire site
store, directly reporting to project Manager.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
 Receives & inspects all incoming materials with Purchase Order/ Delivery Note.
 Ensure the goods are stores in appropriate place.
 Physically safeguard inventory items from environmental elements to avoid damages.
 Manage stock maximum/minimum levels and order quantities.
 Preparation of MRIN & getting the materials inspected by QA/QC Department
