- 4. What is Text Editor? A text editor is a type of Computer Parograme that edit text.Such A parograme are sometime called “notepad” parograme. Text editor are provided with OS and software devolpment packages,and can be used to change configuration files docomentation files.

Notepad does not require a lock in the file it opens it can opens files while wordpad cannot.
