• Choose Job not company (Marriage)
• Try to start job in SME's as fresher
• Should have reason to Join company
• Apperance - Clothing, Hair style & Beard & other accessories
• Analyse before applying

– Don't just try or else you will end up loosing a potential co in future
– Visit Company Website

6. During Interview
• Bond Paper/Color print out of resume/In stick file (Two Copies)
– You should know everything you have written in your Resume
– Don't copy paste it - (Campus Interview - Resumes will be similar)
– Mention your strength & Weakness - Justify it

– Mention Title Of Projects & Share the conclusion & recomendeation
– Don't use wats app language/ abriviation i.e. Bro, dad etc...
• Prepare your educational details file
– It should be properly maintained in proper order
• Reach before time given for interview (Not On time)
– In case late for any reason intimate to the concern person with reason
– Get proper venue details & spare some time for unexpected things
• Filling application forms & test papers
– Be Honest to your self
– Read the instruction of filling the form & test papers
– Should be neat & clean
– Avoid Spelling error
– Write complete details & Each & every details
– Don't write what you don't know
– Don't use Mobile Phone
7. During Interview
• Entering the Conference room or interview hall -
with energy & confidence
• Ask for permission
• Shake hand with interview panel confidently &
introduce your self with your name
• Seat after given instruction
• Prepare a introduction & practice it before you
give it, it will give you a confidence
• First 60 seconds will decide your interview
results, so be very concious about it
• Try to speak in language in which you are
comfortable

• Common Questions - but a great opportunity to
create your image
– Tell me something about yourself
• Be creative & ready for it
• Family, Education, Work experience - Projects done (Not
mentioning) etc...
• Practice will help you in making stronger image
– Why you choose your specialisation
– What is your strength & Weaknes
– Why should company hire you
• Should attach your career objective with company objective -
long tennure - work profile - work culture
– What do you know about company

• Make eye to eye contact with interview
panel
• Don't close your arms
• Use your hands while explaining
something
• During discussion lean forward and
discuss & nod your face while listening
• Try to listen as much as you can
10. During Interview
• Knowing HR Norms of company
• Ask for Growth prospects
• Share your long term vision or your planning and ask
whether it is possible to get that in the company
• Salary Negotiations
– Don't do it if possible
– Don't ask salary for your expenditure
– Don't ask salary for your family needs
– Rather then justify your candidature
– Don't say that I am an MBA that's why i am expecting a salary
– Because your abilities are more important then your qualification
