With 4 years experience as a Shotfirer and Team Leader in NSW and Qld I am confident I have a very sound
understanding of the technical aspects of safe and efficient blasting practices. My goal is always to provide a
professional and comprehensive service and use my skills, education and experience to provide the highest level
of service to my employer and the client. I pride myself on being able to pull a team together regardless of the
backgrounds of the crew members to produce a highly efficient and happy blast crew.

TASKS AND CURRENT SKILLS
• Organise and supervise a team of blast crew to safely and efficiently provide blast services.
• Communicate with the Drill and Blast Engineer discussing pattern design, timing, how to manage face
holes, holes that have lost product, types of product to use, powder factors and the desired outcome.
