8. Start Shopping
• The screen is split into 3 tabs: LIST, DONE and
REVIEW
• All items will start of in the LIST column, where they
will be grouped into their respective categories such
as Fresh Fruits & Vegetable, Dairy & Eggs etc.
• During shopping, items that do not require any
confirmation from customer will be moved into the
DONE tab
• The last REVIEW tab is where all items which
requires customer confirmation gets moved to
• Ensure that the replacements are reviewed by the
customer before proceeding to checkout

9. Start Shopping
If the item is unavailable, click on NOT FOUND and the app
will guide you through customer’s replacement options

• If original ordered item can only be found in partial quantity, click FOUND and key in
available quantity for original product
• The app will guide you through customer’s replacement options, then key in the
available quantity for replacement product

• Depending on the customer’s decision,
we can only get either one of the
product
• Product that customer does not want
have to be changed to 0 quantity
• If the customer did not pick up, choose
the item that have the highest value &
quantity, then edit accordingly
• In this case, get the available quantity
of the original item since value and
quantity available is the same

• If customer choose ‘Don’t substitute’ as replacement option

17. Shopping – Item is not Found
• Weighted items
Tick ‘Sold by weight?’ for item sold
by weight as shown above
Key in the weight in grams and the
price per kg (i.e. $7.90) accordingly

18. Customer Review
• The CHECKOUT button will not be activated if there are still items left in the shopping list or if you have
not reviewed all replacements with the customer yet
• To review the replacements with customer, simply tap on the ‘i” button at the top right corner to show
customer’s info, then tap on CONTACT, then CALL

19. Customer Review
• Tap on REPLACE or DON’T REPLACE to
confirm an item after getting customers’
acknowledgement
• If the customer should request for a
different replacement, tap on the item itself
to bring up a pop-up screen to bring up a
list of possible actions, and select Move
back to items list to repeat the
replacement process
• All replacements should be confirmed by
the customer at this point on the REVIEW
tab

20. Customer Review
• If a customer does not reply, drop
him/her a text message using the in-app
SMS template titled ‘Replacements’
• Select the items affected and they will be
sent to the customer via SMS along with
your suggested replacements
• If the customer does not reply after 5
minutes, proceed to check out without
any replacements

21. Trolley Checklist
• Each item will be displayed with
a checkbox to facilitate real-time
checking of the order
• Simply go down the list,
checking items against those in
your trolley to ensure that no
items are missed out

Full photo of receipt; split into

is too long

again and make sure it indicates

Receipt data is important for accurate and timely payment

- Different merchants will have different receipt layouts
- Click WHAT’S THIS? if you need help on looking for
information on the receipt
2. Total receipt amount
- Indicates the dollar value of the
order based on all items bought
3. Total item count
Enter the number of honestbee
bags used so our deliverer will
know how many bags to pick up
* Consider also every piece of
bulky item that do not fit into the
bags

25. Printing Receipt
• Click CONNECT to connect the app to the printer, then click SCAN FOR DEVICES and
look for the device name labelled on the printer

• Print 1 receipt for each order and slip it into one of the shopping bags
• Leave the order at the
