4. ADVERBS OF FREQUENCY
We use some adverbs to describe how frequently we do an activity.
These are called adverbs of frequency and include:
Frequency Adverb of Frequency Example Sentence
100% always I always go to bed before 11 p.m.
usually I usually have cereal for breakfast.
normally / generally I normally go to the gym.
often* / frequently I often surf the internet.
sometimes I sometimes forget my wife's birthday.
occasionally I occasionally eat junk food.
seldom I seldom read the newspaper.
hardly ever / rarely I hardly ever drink alcohol.
0% never I never swim in the sea.

5. In the morning, I OFTEN DO YOGA.
Then, I ALWAYS HAVE BREAKFAST.
After that, I NORMALLY GO TO WORK.
In the afternoon, I USUALLY HAVE LUNCH .
Then, I SOMETIMES TAKE A NAP.
After that, I NORMALLY CHECK EMAILS.
In the evening, I OFTEN COOK DINNER.
Then, I SOMETIMES LEARN ENGLISH ONLINE.
Finally, I ALWAYS GO TO BED EARLY.
