3. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1 Follow up release of Finish products (FG) and materials (RMs)
2 Follow up POs to accelerate supply of production plan requirements according to
schedule of production plan
3 Follow up quarantine stocks until the final release
4 Follow up for the sterility date for all produced products
5 Follow up Sales orders to be available on time needed/scheduled
6 Follow up the daily production process to calculate daily values
7 Organizing & performing daily Planning meeting
8 Follow up production plan
9 Follow up stocks (FPs, RMs and PMs) whether quarantine or release
10 Follow up the availability of samples & materials requested from the procurement
section to prepare R&D samples or Pilot batch and brands needed to accomplish
products registration after getting the box approval from MOH.
11 Follow up current and safety stocks to avoid dead stocks
12 Follow up releasing samples to do the (comparative study – BE study) and send the
registration samples to NODCAR
13 Follow up availability of RMs & PMs with concern departments Preparing &
Supervise the Master Production Schedule
14 Follow up new products under registration (old system 296 – New System 425), in
addition to the registered products that didn't be produced yet and prepare for
products will be expected to be registered during next 3 months. Finally follow up
the products that have variation.
15 Follow up R&D Department in accomplishment of R&D samples or pilot batch.
16 Follow up stability section to keep the samples of stability studies in the specified
cabins.
17 Follow up production of the first 3B of the product with planning section once
receiving the registration notice and the product be available in market.
18 Responsible for Toll manufacturing in-site as coordinator who receive technical files
from toll companies and check all items then distribute it to concern departments
and invite to technical meeting between two companies
19 Responsible for Toll manufacturing out-site as coordinator who collect technical files
4. and follow up manufacturing process with all toll companies (EIPICO, Sedico,
Rameda, Global Napi, Global pharma, Global advance, Eva, Biopharm, IDI, Mebaco, ,
Sigma, Sigmatec, Acdema, Atco, Medizen, Delta pharma, AUG, and …….etc.)
20 Prepare several reports (daily, weekly, monthly) such like availability report, sales
variance, pipeline follow-up sheet, materials with Hot Issues, Current stock, under
production plan, Sterility for quarantine batches, Etc.,)
21 Prepare monthly production plan according to machines capacity and sales forecast
(Forward plan) to keep on safety stocks and it has been up-dated bases based on
the up-date sales demand forecast.
22 Receive tender orders and export orders to prepare (Backward plan)
23 Issues monthly production plan and follow up date priorities on weekly basis based
on actual sales and production achievement within the monthly plan frame.
24 Prepare material requirement plan (MRP) and create PRs of (RM, PM)
25 Transfer the R&D unit dose formula to batch formula
26 Issue BOM for batches to production according to the monthly plan
27 Issue all reports of produced quantities & its value & compare with the monthly &
yearly quantities for previous year
28 Responsible of preparation all raw, packaging & documents for any product that will
be produced as a toll product in any other company
29 Issues monthly report comparing actual stock versus theoretical stock level based on
company policy.
30 Send reports about the above to the direct manager.
31 Attend monthly new products meeting, and follow up the new products timetable in
order to launch the new products on time
32 Issues monthly production plan and up-date priorities on weekly basis based on
actual sales and production achievement within the monthly plan frame.
33 Prepares the best estimate for 12 months’ production plan Versus production actual
capacity in order to achieve company annual sales forecast
34 Prepares the annual requirement of the materials in order to get the MOH approval
for import these materials with the required quantity
35 Receive annual sales forecast, analyze, and calculate their requirements and convert
them to annual production plan according to safety stock & rate of sales (30%)
36 Divide annual production plan in to four quarters
