2. Objective of presentation:
Based on what I know currently about the field and my academic experience, this presentation is intended to
explain my motivation to apply to the program.
3. A.Relationship between my previous degree and the Northeastern course:
However, I would have to pursue a Master's program in order to gain the knowledge and skills required to
become a construction Project Manager, since architecture has helped me to learn planning and design skills
associated with construction. In this regard, it is my firm belief that acquiring knowledge about project
management will definitely enhance my career prospects in the future.
There are a number of skills that I am going to learn from my project management qualification.
• A strong understanding of project management and the ability to attain specific goals, regardless of the
industry or business.
• Ability to set realistic objectives and set goals with a high level of clarity.
• Project management courses typically include discussions of budgeting, timeframes, and resource estimates.
4. B. The following areas of interest are relevant to my interest in Project Management and its evolution:
•In my former career in the construction industry, I was constantly surrounded by people, which led me to
realize that I was good at managing them, which is a critical skill for a project manager to possess.
•Furthermore, I will be able to travel around the globe taking part in multiple projects, which will broaden my
horizons, allowing me to gain knowledge of different cultures and assist me in executing my future projects
successfully.
•The project management profile also maintains a work-life balance, which is particularly important for a
person of any age, since project managers often have access to flexibility and the time to do things at their
own pace.
5. C. Contribution of the program to the achievement of my long-term academic and professional goals
•A major objective of the program is to provide the individual with the abilities to lead complex activities and
provide the hypothetical ideas needed.
•My interest in the program stems from the specifications, such as gaining information on each phase of a
project, including defining it, assessing costs, assessing hazards, arranging and observing it, spending
executives, arranging and compromising, administration, introducing and evaluating.
•I'll be able to sharpen my knowledge and get my best out of the program because it will help me manage
scope, risk, quality, and performance metrics. Through experiential learning opportunities, it also coordinates
tasks, board best practices, and devices.
6. C. Contribution of the program to the achievement of my long-term academic and professional goals
•I'll be able to work in a variety of industries and environments with the skills I'll learn from the course
•It will actually make it easier for me to land a job in any industry. I'll get exposure to different work situations,
and I'll gain knowledge in a lot of areas.
•Therefore, a course on project management makes sense for my current goals.
