• Managing an Online booking site

The Course coordinator, the presenter as well as the client will receive an e-mail, stating the booking is completed.
o The email informs the presenter of the following, to diarise:
o The date of the course

o The time that the course needs to be presented.
o The venue
o What equipment is already at the client, or what equipment needs to be taken to the client?
The e-mail informs the client of the following:
o The amount which they will be invoiced
o The times of the course
o The equipment required.

Webinars
Webinar Definition: Web conferencing is used to conduct live meetings, training, or presentations via the
Internet. In a web conference, each participant sits at his or her own computer and is connected to other
participants via the internet.
The professional staff will decide what webinar should be presented. They will then e-mail you, to
confirm a time and date, and to make sure there are no clashes with other webinars .
Once a date has been decided you request the it be added to the presenters diary.
You will then request the following from the presenter in order to start the process
• The name of the course
• The Overview
• Course Content
• Objective
• Who should attend the course
• The manager will decide on the pricing
• The course coordinator will request the duration.
When the course coordinator receives all the relevant information, the following steps need to be
taken to add the webinar to the booking site.
There are 2 steps to adding the webinar information to the booking site, and therefore it is imperative to make sure
that there is no duplication.
