3. The Idea
• There are many Smart Home solutions present in IoT space then why not one
with TQL ?
• You must have seen our tiny yet smart Home in Mid-term .
We have extended the same idea by adding more functionalities and making a
home more smart. Xoriant Team 3

11. TQL Concepts covered
• Real Time interaction with Sensors /Actuators
• Working with groups of devices
• Controlling multiple things through TQL
• Cloud service integration
• Simulation
• User interface to control devices
• Scalability
Xoriant Team 11
12. Learnings & Challenges
• Device phobia is for real but you can surely conquer it with patience
and planning
• Power supply issues while running multiple actuators on a Arduino
board
• TQL is so light weight and easy to replicate on machines, the setup
time is negligible
• TQL modeling is very flexible, adding things to model is quick and easy
Xoriant Team 12
13. Next Steps
• Provide Home Configurator through UI
• Integration of actual soil sensor and solenoid valve
• Run time analytics on data collected through device
• Face recognition integration with security system
• Manual Vs Auto mode to control devices in all zones
• Fault tolerance and Notifications
• …….
