graduate, had been

Ankita – Director
A technocrat and Engineering Graduate in Electronics,
Ankita brings on-board her interest adding to the
business model of the group, i.e. bringing jobs to Rural
people as well as bringing Rural youths to Job. Ankita
has been liaisoning with various NGOs across the state
of Rajasthan, and trying to bring rural youths to the
group, which is the most significant work to be done
for keeping the spark of the group’s mission alive.

Manager
Mr R C Gupta is a technocrat. A
1972 batch Electrical Engineer,
with almost 40+ years of experience, he is
currently working as General Manager . With his
last experience as a Site head with Rajasthan State
Mines, he brings in a huge experience in General
Management, Facility Management, and
Administration, with invaluable guidance in
operations as well.

gained domain expertise in Financial and Healthcare industry,
with his application powering major Hospitals across India and
abroad. Currently based out of Germany, Vikas handles the
Software development services part of the group, and has been
leading the in-house development requirements as well as
external customer requirements.

Ken is an industry
veteran with more than
20 years into sales, sales management and
BPO Outsourcing Services. His career path
covered being a manager for Beneficial
Finance, a collector for Ford Motor Credit,
an F&I director for multiple automobile
dealerships and many others. His
outsourcing experience has provided
solutions for USA Service Bureaus as well
as off-shore services. Currently based out
of Henderson, Ken is leading the Sales and
Customer Relationship for Five Splash.

Srini – Head, Digital Business
A Graduate in Electrical Engineering, with more than 13
years of experience in IT industry, Srini has worked in
Retail, Banking, Insurance, healthcare, and Utility
industries. Worked with global Companies like Mastek,
Accenture, GR Power Switchgears, Srini brings on-board
technological domain knowledge, which has helped the
organization venturing into E-Book and other digital
businesses. Srini heads the Hyderabad center and thus
