and create idoc .

 Reviewing the Functional Specification (FS).
 Corrections based on Test Review in FS.
 Finalizing the FS.
 Prepared Technical Specification based on FS.
 Creation of Function Module to create the Process Code needed to implement the idoc.
 The flow is : We have deliveries assigned with Shipment, which being sent from our SAP to MES system, Now,
HU will be added at MES system and will come into our SAP system through TIBCO middleware, I implemented
here the object and assigned this object to the process code and finally the process code will trigger the inbound
idoc. In the process code the logic was to check the duplicates if any , error or successful message generation,
and if idoc is success then will assign the HU to delivery and will generate new outbound idoc to confirm. I had
created this.

 Working with the EVO VISPL IDOC team for RCA based on errors in IDOCs and providing solutions to correct
them
 Ensure continuous correction of daily IDOC failures to prevent high negative business impacts caused by these
problems based on predefined documentation (Interface Cookbook) and on case-by-case business
directives/approvals
 Perform daily monitoring & correction in failed IDOCs based on predefined work-instructions
 Change existing/missing transactional data values along with checking, understanding and reporting error
messages relating to failed messages
 Cross-check results of corrective operations of other team members and perform value/status checks on IDOCs to
fulfill SOX requirements
 Provide initial RCA to the business on IDOC failures and interface-related reporting on a regular / ad-hoc basis
