+ Manage the brand experience of ConstructConnect at events to ensure maximum

Significant Achievements
+ Managed and executed over 40 yearly events, tradeshows and major
conferences with an annual budget of over $1 million. Cost savings and
negotiations were implemented that resulted in no over-spend in any of the
events during my tenure.
+ Complete re-imagining of user experience at events with booth redesign
resulting in award for Booth of the Year 2016 at industry’s largest conference
and event.
+ Actively managed the responsibilities and project management of lines of
businesses (Research and Finance) for corporate rebrand, including build of
requirements, needs assessment and execution of deliverables to ensure
timeliness and strict adherence to brand standards.
+ Created and strategically implemented the first architectural and
engineering-focused newsletter to support brand and communication
objectives to these target audiences from ConstructConnect. First newsletter
resulted in 25% unique open rate – surpassing industry standards.
+ Implemented inaugural year-end event analysis report to demonstrate
