retail space with a sales value in excess of £40 million. Owners of the 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments will enjoy exclusive
views of the River Thames from private balconies as well as having access communal 1830 sq ft roof top landscaped
gardens.
Key Duties
 Responsible and supervising the facades subcontractor, doing snag and hand over sheets making sure the
work has been done as per the drawing and to its standard and specifications.
 Responsible for setting out the works on site, which includes reinforcement concrete structure (columns,
walls, up stands and down stands beams) drainage, roads and other accessories (using Lieca and Nikon EDM)
and all types of laser levels.

I was responsible for one block (9 floors) and then carried out the second block from level 11 to level 16.

columns, walls, up stands and down stands beams) and other accessories (using Lieca and Nikon EDM) and all
types of laser levels.
 Raising RFIs, producing and closing NCRs, chasing information and uploading new documents onto the online
information system (BIW).
 Quantifying and ordering of materials on site (concrete)
 Using Auto CAD for basic sketches and as built drawings.

Hotel in Central Tripoli. Originally built in the 1930s, Al Waddan is the oldest and most distinguished
hotel in Libya. The complete modernisation, refurbishment, interior redesigning and redevelopment
of the hotel as a luxury boutique hotel provided for an increase in capacity from 70 to 90 bedrooms
including nine suites.
