Construction and Housing. My role is to provide civil engineering consulting and technical support
for existing facilities and new projects. The consulting element of the role encompasses handling
problems, i.e. troubleshooting and problem solving to all civil engineering matters that arise for our
client base. Assist the Commercial Leader in all the pre and post contract functions. Prepare
commercial reports, recommendations.
Provide assistance in verifying claims, payments, variations, contractual issues for projects. In
addition, I am providing technical support to capital projects for new facilities and revamps; this

the quality of the work done and working with the quantity surveyor to certify the payment.

and working with the quantity surveyor to certify the payment.

Construction consisted of RC frame with infill cladding. I managed the work force (up to 50
members of staff). I was in charge of ordering materials and liaising with the designer. In addition,
