11. how suitable was the venue? how suitable was the time? Most of you enjoyed the venue – thanks to the British Heart Foundation! Most preferred the event to be held in the evenings after work. ‘Superb venue – although the presentation area was a little warm!’
12. questions and issues still to be explored? Could non-profits learn from for-profits and vice versa? Rules and T&C’s? For example on Facebook what you can and can’t do? Maybe some more info on how to robustly measure online data? How many people should admin a page? Perhaps to hear more from those hosting it – beautiful world and JustGiving Would be good to see case studies of when things go wrong and how to handle that. Social media surgery done by peers? How to engage staff with social media policy? Is it necessary for an organisation to stagger tweets?
