- Talk Track: Building our new IDE on VS Code is a major upgrade for developers! According to Stack Overflow, VS Code is the most popular IDE on the market, with over 73% of developers currently using it. There are a lot of inherent benefits to building on top of VS Code: The biggest is the ability to have both Cloud and Desktop IDEs. This gives developers flexibility in how they work - developers can easily spin up their own personal instance of ACB in their favorite browser in minutes, or install ACB on a local version of VS Code on their machine In addition to this, developers will also have access to the entire ecosystem of VS Code extensions. You can think of this as something similar to extensions in Google Chrome. VS Code extensions let you easily tap into useful tools to help develop faster. - You can start designing your APIs directly in ACB. We currently support both RAML and OAS3 to author API specifications. We also have a built in API console that auto-generates documentation as you design you API. For testing, we provide a local mocking service, which makes it easy to make sure APIs making it easy to test your APIs and then publish them straight to Exchange.
- Talk Track: And the MOST exciting addition, we are bringing the power of AI to MuleSoft with Einstein for Anypoint Code Builder! Einstein will be available natively in Anypoint Code Builder and will help developers jumpstart projects by using natural language prompts to generate integration flows! After inputting a prompt Einstein will jump into action, creating the code that matches your use case. Einstein will incorporate business logic, core components, pre-bundled connectors, and we’re slowly rolling out functionality to leverage Connectors from Exchange as well. *NOTE: The Pilot for Einstein for ACB is closed.
