This letter is to offer my personal recommendation for Ms. Krysten Mondy, who is seeking a
position with your company. Ms. Mondy provided several years of excellent support to me and
two other senior managers within our organization at the National Security Agency.
Ms. Mondy applied for this Senior Office Manager position although she was a junior employee
with only a couple years experience. After interviewing the applicants, Ms. Mondy stood out as
the best candidate based on her performance, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and desire to
advance her career. From her first day in this position, it was very clear we made the right
choice. No task was too big or too small. She was invaluable to me as the Chief of Staff of the
organization, since she was able to assume many complex tasks that were not typically
performed by the Office Manager. I could count on her to get the job done correctly,
professionally and on time.
Ms. Mondy was always eager to take on additional responsibilities. If she didn't know how to do
something she did not hesitate to seek out guidance from experts or find on-line training to assist
her. She did her job so well that other more senior office managers would seek out her
advice/guidance. In addition to working full-time she was also a full-time college student
maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
