I began my internship for the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board through the
program Teen Teamworks in February 2010. Throughout my experience as an intern, I
have developed a strong sense of commitment and dedication.
When I was hired in Human Resources, it gave me the opportunity to assist in a variety of
areas throughout the organization. I reached the point where I was learning and
developing new skills on a daily basis. Not only have these skills provided me with a
constructive challenge, they also enhanced my management dexterity in contributing to a
vast array of situations.
I have generated solid progress in my education and working experience to apply my
knowledge to a higher degree of assignments. I am seeking professional training that a
