Ms. Krysten Mondy has worked for me as my Executive Officer, Property Officer, the Office
Executive Officer (for two other senior managers), and as my “Girl Friday.” In many positions in
the government, there is a clause at the end of each position that states, “other duties as
assigned,” and in Krysten’s case, that portion of the job was significant.
Krysten is simply astounding. We have given her simple but stressful tasks, daily tasks, tasks
that require significant preparation and tasks that require complex analysis. In each and every
case, Krysten has completed them perfectly, usually early but never late, and with an attitude
that boldly says, “Give me more – I’ve got it,” every single time. She is intelligent, ultra-
professional, friendly, highly capable, and has a deeply-grounded work ethic that makes her a
highly sought-after employee at the National Security Agency. Even more astounding, Krysten
provides top-notch support full-time while also being a full-time college student with straight
A’s.

company. Her skills combined with her positive attitude are beyond comparison.
