I am responding to your advert for a Personal Assistant. I am an Executive Personal
Assistant, with extensive experience at Executive level. I held the position as
Executive Personal Assistant to a COO; MD:GM and a CFO. I am a mature person,
articulate and professional with strong organisational and communication skills. I
am an honest reliable person, and I enjoy working in a team environment. I am able
to multi-task, and work independently.
I gained my experience over the years in the Legal, Corporate Banking and SA
Tourism (Hospitality & Tourism) industries. I have extensive experience in Office
Management; Electronic Diary Management; Meeting Management; Travel
Management; Facilities Management; General Office Administration; Events
Management and Finance Management.
I am presently looking for a fulltime or a contract position. I have a code 8 drivers’
licence and I live in Bedford Gardens, Bedfordview. I will be available to commence
