Incentives are monetary or non-monetary benefits provided to employees for outstanding performance. There are two types of incentives: financial incentives like increases in salary, profit sharing, bonuses, and commissions; and non-financial incentives like promotions, a positive work environment, job security, and incentives based on years of service, top performance, customer service, and employee wellness. Incentives are important as they motivate employees, increase productivity, and attract employees with new skills.

Indicates increaess in the amount of salary
which motivates the employee & can be
dependent on the performance of the
employee.

7. EDUCATION Organisation gives share in the
profit to the employee (at a fixed percentage)
to the best performing employees. In this
situation employees tries to perform in such a
way that it can increases the profit of the
organisation.

8.  Bonus is paid to the employee in addition
to the salary/wages. Generally it is paid
once in the year during the festival season.

9. Commission is generally Paid to the
employees related with sales. While payment
it is added to the basic Salary.

10. This indicates incentives in the form of benefits
& the aspects/ skills/ matter related with the
employees are taken care of.

11. Promotion increses the rank, respect,
authority & status of the employee &
provides motivation to the employee

12. Work environment positive and supportive work
environment is an incentive for the employee
& it provides positivity to the employee &
