(SAMUR) Project, Malaysia
Responsibility:
Interface of Work, Consist of:
• Develop Document for Instrument such as Hook up Drawing using AutoCAD, Datasheet For field
Instrument, Instrument Index and Cable schedule.
• Installation of Field Instrument Such as Coriolis Flow Meter, Level Transmitter, On/Off Valve,
Control Valve, RTD, Magnetic Flow Meter, Temperature Transmitter.
• Interface to Vendor Package or Mechanical Engineer and Package Instrument Engineer.
• Loop Test Work Using HART Comm 475
• To Operate PLC Using Siemens S7-200 and Allen Bradley 5/40
• To Operate 3D Viewer Using Naviswork
• Trouble Shooting Field Instrument
• Develop Document for Electrical such as Single Line Diagram Drawing using AutoCAD,
Datasheet for Electrical Equipment, Load list And Cable schedule.
• Monitoring of Packages Installation Such as HRSG, Boiler, Demin Water, Raw Water Treatment,
Air Compressor Package, Sulphure Pelletizer and Custody Meter Package.
• Making a Mitigation and Action Plan If Have Bottle Neck Between Construction with
Engineering, Engineering With Vendor or Other Discipline.
• To Make Sure The Installation of Instrument, Mechanical, Building, Civil and Structure in Field
Accordance with Latest Drawing by Engineering,
• Controlling progress of Work in Ammonia Area, Urea Area and Utility Area.
• Scheduling of Work is Make a Spend of Time with Calculate between Quantity Manpower with
Quantity of Remaining Work.
• To Make a schedule using primavera P6 Proffesional R8.1 and Microsoft project.
• Produce Weekly and Monthly Report of Instrument, Mechanical, Building, Structure, Civil and
Pre-commissioning work.
• Produce The Package Presentation for Weekly Report Meeting with Owner Or Internal.
• Monitoring of Mechanical Completion, Punch List and ITP All discipline.
• Develop Close-Out Report Such as Project Lessons Learned, Project Schedule, Man Power
Histogram and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) status.
