schedule and budget.
• Reviewed all Engineering Documents: Project Specifications and Estimate (PS&E), Project Scope
and Cost, Project Reports and Project Study Reports, PDP, Contract Proposals, and Project Initiation
Documents (PID) and related documents.
• Reviewed subcontracts. Worked with Consultant's Project Manager. Reviewed and monitored
engineering projects to assure that all work was performed in accordance with the specifications and
terms of the project.
• As Technical Liaison, assisted Mayor, City Manager, Assembly members and Highway Patrol
(Captains') on Roadway Improvements.
• Helped create Inter-Modal Transportation Systems (ITMS), a GIS based software tool used to examine
congestion and performance measures, congestion relief, and project cost.
• Responsible for Intergovernmental Review (IGR) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)
Environmental Review.
• Led quarterly Advisory Committee meetings with Regional Groups.
• Provided technical assistance to Non-Motorized Technical Travel Team, which wrote a Technical
