Team work: Achieve more than the added sum of individual abilities
In this week we dealt with MVPs and creating our first landing page with an explanation
video. For completing this task successfully we not only had to divide the work efficiently,
but also trust in each others abilities and strengths. Within those 60 minutes we
experienced a high efficiency and team motivation resulting into a first version of the
landing page we were very proud of. We definitely want to keep going this way!
The power and usability of digital technologies
Further working on the blog and especially creating the landing page made us realize
about the possibilities we have for further developing our business. Having never used
Unbounce.com, the tool was very intuitive and allowed a “learning by doing”- experience.
Nowadays, entrepreneurs can do their first steps without the need of hiring experienced
software engineers.
What makes a good landing page in Brainpower´s case?
Before creating the landing page we took five minutes for a “Team-Brainstorm” and
decided on the most important design factors of our landing page. We realized that the
possibility to cancel anytime from a student´s perspective will be highly important.
Further, we decided to take a more modern approach in terms of design language.
Start building up a running business
Entrepreneurship is not just only about a great idea and how to get customers, it is
also about ensuring that the operations running smoothly. We took time to think
about an effective organizational structure and start defining the first processes.
Important here is to be flexible and allow changes if necessary.
