To Whom it May Concern:
I am writing this letter to recommend that you consider Molly Schneider for an elementary teaching position. I was fortunate enough
to work with Molly as the principal at Ashley Falls School during the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 school years. A parent at our
school, Molly began subbing in a variety of classes, including taking over our PE class for a month when we were looking for a
replacement teacher.
During her time at Ashley Falls School, Molly has always been a steady, hard working substitute who engages students in learning
rather than allowing them to waste a day. She gets to know all of our children and works with the same level of care regardless of
their age, academic ability, or disability. This has allowed her to have success in both general education and special education
classes.
When we had to open a new section of fourth grade this year and filled it with our current PE teacher, Molly stepped in as the acting
PE teacher. Though she did not have the PE credential necessary to apply for the position, Molly provided stability for both the day-
to-day classes and the extra activities that our PE teacher ran. In this role, Molly did a sensational job carrying on the program
without missing a beat.
With her positive attitude and dedication, I believe that Molly has the potential to make continual growth as a teacher, so I would
recommend that you consider her for an elementary teaching position. Please feel free to contact me for additional or more detailed
information about Molly Schneider.
Sincerely,
Chris Delehanty, Principal
