This document summarizes a management trainee program at Negmar Denizcilik Yatırım A.Ş. Negmar Denizcilik Yatırım A.Ş. as an MT
A program intended to familiarize the newly
graduated and fresh candidates to the company and
train them occupy a role in the company.
Goal:

In chartering process, its utmost importance to the ship owners to find a favorable market on conditions forth in the charter party that could be bareboat charter, time charter and/or voyage charter party. Due to my deep interest in this field coupled with my academic background, I have a firm believe that I can contribute to NEGMAR’s progress by taking it very seriously with utmost responsibility as required.
HR, my second choice, is a very dynamic and changing field, that serves a sources of success and competitive edge for the organization if handled effectively. Attracting and retaiting talented employees demands an organizationwide effort and responsibility. I have the confidence to work in this field specially ‘’Employee Development’’ or ‘’ Planning’’ phases.
