Shortly we are going to open some in Banglore, Kolkatta. <br />We have a diversified Business lines  HR Consulting,  B2B ( franchise with Hughes Communication for E-Learning programs.<br /> Our integrated services have retrieved, elevated, and boosted company’s performances throughout country’s markets.NIS, with base in India, has major clientele across industries; our esteemed clients are primarily from IT, FMCG, BFSI, Pharmaceuticals, Liquor/Beverages and other Manufacturing sectors.<br />

Before proceeding further it would be great if we could discuss what's <br />IT- Information & Technology all about.<br />These industry follow the SDLC Cycle.<br />Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), or Software Development Life Cycle<br />
  6. 6. This is the SDLC Cycle which is followed and accordingly we have requirements for Developers', Analyst , Testers, Architects, Project Mangers and different people who are linked with Project. Similarly all companies have a there Hierarchy setup.<br />

First Step is deciding the OS, Language, frameworks and other requirements of the project and the module. <br />Whats an OS ?An operating system (OS) is software, consisting of programs and data, that runs on computers, manages computer hardware resources, and provides common services for execution of various application software. Operating systems perform basic <br />tasks, such as recognizing input from the<br />keyboard, sending output to the display screen,<br /> keeping track of files and directories on the disk, and controlling peripheral devices such as disk<br /> drives and printers.<br />Example: Window 7, Linus, Unix, Apple<br />Then comes the languages, Frameworks and <br />Other special tools need to be used on projects.<br />

RECRUITEMET :<br />A process of sourcing, screening and selecting people for a job with in an organization. <br />The recruitment industry has four main types of agencies: Employment agencies<br /> Recruitment websites <br /> “Headhunters" for executive<br /> Professional recruitment .<br />Agencies specialize in a particular area of staffing. Some organizations use employer branding strategy and in-house recruitment instead of agencies. Recruitment-related functions are generally carried out by an organization's human resources staff.<br />The stages in recruitment include <br /> -Sourcing candidates by advertising or other methods<br /> -Screening potential candidates tests and/or interviews<br /> - Selecting candidates based the results <br /> - On-boarding to ensure the candidate is able to fulfill their new role effectively.<br />
