- Establishing and starting a new company which is specialized in
Export, Import and commercial Services.
Contracted with: Hilton's Branches – UNHCR and Other Key Accounts and personal accounts.
. Marketing for foreign products inside Egypt and the reverse.
. Sales plans and marketing analysis is an open field for my choices using the past
experiences in achieving and developing the whole place.( Visibility and availability
touching the targeted markets)
. Starting Importing deals with Chinese companies. And had negotiated with too
many nationalities either for business- studies or for being updated from companies.
. The contacts including emails, telephone & internet calls and the whole process
was upon my responsibility using only one assistant employee.
. The logistics plans of the company were one of my main responsibilities using the
past experience with shipping agents and courier services.
. Signing contracts with firms and companies including all the process's parts like
payment terms.
. Managing and Executing contracts which is based upon L/Cs and more advanced
payment conditions.
. Building and running simple IT infrastructures for the office as:
- The setting of the new born company's printouts, documentation cycle and
