● Nozzle cleaning: Quick cleaning is achieved through customized high-speed airflow, up and
down reciprocating motion. After cleaning, the nozzle and nozzle plate are dry without water
drops
● Code Scanning and Traceability: 209 series cleaning and inspecting machine, with built-in
upper and lower light sources and cameras, can effectively read the two-dimensional codes of
various nozzles on the market, record the type and code of the nozzles, so as to realize the
traceability of the entire nozzle Control;

How long does it take to clean one? How many can be washed at a

It takes about 3-12 minutes to clean one time, and 24 nozzles can
be cleaned at a time. The data cleaned by our company consumes
about 15-20ML of pure water, which can be ignored.
With the development of SMT,
miniaturization of components and high-
density mounting have become a trend. As a
result, the nozzles of the SMT placement
machine became more precise, and the
impact on placement quality was greater. In
the actual mounting process, the nozzle is
blocked due to contamination of the nozzle
with solder, flux, or other dirt, which is likely
to cause throwing. Steel pin pinching or
ultrasonic vibration cannot solve the problem.
The nozzle cleaning machine developed for
this situation adopts a new cleaning method,
which can remove the dirt on the nozzle that
could not be removed before in a short time.
And it won't damage the nozzle during
cleaning. Because non-toxic and harmless
cleaning fluid is used, the whole process is
more environmentally friendly.
