1) A survey was conducted of 40 students at Limkokwing University to determine customer satisfaction levels with Apple, Samsung, and Oppo mobile phone brands. The majority of respondents were male (62%) between the ages of 18-23.
2) Based on the survey results, Samsung had the highest customer satisfaction ratings in 2015, while Apple saw improved satisfaction ratings in 2017. Respondents also generally agreed that Apple has better camera quality while Samsung has longer battery life.
3) Price was an important factor for most respondents. Oppo was viewed as the cheapest option, while Apple phones were seen as expensive or too expensive. Most felt Samsung phones offered good value.

iPhone models. On a scale of 0 to 100,
Samsung had the top-rated phone with the
Galaxy Note 4, and three of its devices landed

They also agreed that Samsung worthy to be purchase (Good).
Others who mark that they were used Apple (I-PHONE) answered that their current mobile is
(expensive and too expensive) to be purchased.

Apple : Limited Warranty for iPhone is one year. Warranty service
for eligible repairs is available at no charge for twelve
months from the date of original retail purchase.
Samsung : one year warranty or Samsung Smart Care
Protection Plan Service for the Liquid damage to Samsung Galaxy
smartphone isn't covered by the Samsung one year warranty.
Oppo : Within 12 months from the purchasing date, if any
performance fault listed in the "Performance Failure Table"
occurs on your device, consumer can claim for maintenance.
The accessories such as charger, data cable, headset and
battery (including internal battery) have a 6-month warranty.
