 Higher aged people are always wants to existing products in market.
 people are thing to if there invest money in smartphone than why they
purchase refurbished phone.
 lack of trust there are varied to purchase that.
 Some people are given less important to cost as compare the feature of
smartphone.
 lack of awareness about refurbished smartphone. old aged people are
don’t have idea about assemble products and refurbished smartphone.
 People give less important to valid bill and warranty for refurbished
smartphone.
Suggestion
 Yaantra wants to create proper awareness about refurbished smartphones and to promote
more and more advertising about company services.
 In Market, People are confused in between Yatra and Yaantra company, so Yaantra company
wants to connect with people and to create unique identity in Market.
 Yaantra company has just come in Ahmedabad market probably 1 year. And they recently
cover only Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and nearest area. So, I suggest to focus on other city in
Gujarat market.
 Yaantra wants to clarify think about refurbished smartphone and second hand phone.
 So, company wants to focus on those customers they want to lowest and middle price latest
smartphone.
Conclusion
 Refurbished smartphone are wants to proper and specify market.
 For Mobile Market, Lowest-middle budgeted people are wants
to lowest price and good features smartphone.
 If Yaantra company to focus on there proper targeted customers
and area than they also grow up in Gujarat market.
 Yaantra Company create trust in customers for refurbished
smartphone than they also help to expand their business.

Suggestion  Yaantra wants to create proper awareness about refurbished smartphones and to promote more and more advertising about company services.  In Market, People are confused in between Yatra and Yaantra company, so Yaantra company wants to connect with people and to create unique identity in Market.  Yaantra company has just come in Ahmedabad market probably 1 year. And they recently cover only Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and nearest area. So, I suggest to focus on other city in Gujarat market.  Yaantra wants to clarify think about refurbished smartphone and second hand phone.  So, company wants to focus on those customers they want to lowest and middle price latest smartphone.
