1- Oriana Villas, Cairo Festival City project, Cairo, Egypt.
(165 villas).
• Total cost of the project is 1,720,000,000 EGP
Responsibilities:-
• Shop drawing review
• Site work supervision (villas constructions, Infrastructure,
landscape and roads works).
• Assistance in preparing weekly, monthly reports; issuing
letters, NCR, JSI, WSIs.
2- Bel Air project, Beverly Hills,Shiekh Zayed city, 6 of October,Egypt.
(35 villas and 73 town house)
• Total cost of the project is 90,000,000 EGP
Responsibilities:-
• Shop drawing review
• Site work supervision (villas constructions, landscape, and
roads works)
3- MCDR (Misr for central clearing, Depository and Registry)

2. administration building in new cairo.
• Total cost of the project is 145,000,000 EGP.
Responsibilities:-
• Supervision of excavation, R.C works of building basement and five
floors with different slabs systems (solid, flat, hollow block and waffle
slabs) beside execution of retaining walls for basement and slab on
grade.
• Supervision of finishing works such as masonry, plaster and marble
works.
• Execution of large swimming pool.

TAV (Tepe Akfen), Egypt, Cairo, March 2007 – June 2008
working in TAV ( Tepe Akfen ) Cairo (Main Contractor) , project of the new
terminal building of Cairo Airport (TB3) as civil engineer.
 Total cost of the project is 350,000,000 USD.
Responsibilities:-
• Execution of the main utility tunnel (3*3m R.C rectangular tunnel)
including survey works, excavation and R.C works.
• Execution of power plant of the project as structural works.
• Execution of two special buildings for giant planes(Airbus 380) for
passengers translation.
• Execution of small watchtower(13m height) in airport runway.
• Supervision of electromechanical installation works (Travelators
,escalators and bridges connecting between planes and pier
building)
• Infrastructures works in the project such as electrical ducts and
manholes, water and fire pipelines and rain drain system(catch
basins).
